"Is he gonna fight GGG again? Yeah, whenever we say he's gonna fight him again. We call the shots now. Canelo beat him so if he's gonna fight him it's gonna be when we say."

GGG should just avoid Canelo then and fight Charlo or Jacbos rematch

Canelo knows in his mind he never beat Golovkin. That's why he and De La Hoya don't want the fight any time soon.

I really liked and respected DLH during his career. He actively sought and fought ALL the best and most dangerous in their prime. Very few, if any, fighters of his (or even the current) generation have done this. Who has fought so many top names in their primes.
HOWEVER.... with all of that being said, as a promoter he has really turned into a little weasel

Absurd comment to make after he just fought him twice.

Canelo in his mind thought he could out-slick and pot-shot Golovkin to victory first time around. He fixed that by being more aggressive on the front foot second time around.

Golovkin is now known as the guy who begged for a Mexican style fight and then cowered away from it when it was given to him.

He doesn't need a rubber match with Canelo with all the other great offers available to him , he can go his own way , but he will leech off Canelo again because he's a smaller guy who doesn't have a big punch.

If GGG fights him again he's going to have to have a plan to stop Canelo because he's never gonna get it on points in Vegas.

It's pathetic, GGG has his number in every department, first fight Canelo fought on the back foot countering but GGG outworked him and beat his ass 8-4, 2nd fight Canelo fought aggressively trying to be on the front foot, GGG whooped him again countering and jabbing at will 9-3 or 8-4.

5 years ago GGG would have knocked him out cold within 8 rounds

How did GGG cower away from it? How many times did GGG's back touch the ropes? I can't recall even a single time. GGG outboxed Drugnelo on the backfoot by maintaining distance and range at all times.

They don't have to. GGG lost the last one and the money he is getting is softening him up even more.
I don't think the fire is there anyone and trying to fight murata proves it.

He is running out the clock and collecting paycheck.

Unfortunate that we never got to see him face the best earlier and it's not his fault but it's over, he's not a monster anymore

Each passing day the chance of a ko disappears further and further. Oscar knew all he had to do is wait it out a few year seeing as though he had the cash cow and pure control then right before GGG suffers a defeat with father time he nips in to steal the show while to the casual observer G is still at the top of his game, which he is not. Masterstroke by Oscar as a promoter, just a ****in **** at the same time !

Canelo running a marathon away from Golovkin was your excuse for the first fight. If he stood and trade he'd get knocked out you said.
Why is it suddenly Golovkin has to maintain distance and range?
Why didn't he meet Canelo's aggression with his own and knock him out? Because he knew he wasn't good enough , thats why.
He ran scared from feather fisted Canelo and did nothing at all to better his first performance. Thats the reality which you and the rest of the fanboys around here have to come to terms with. Its time to stop wallowing in self pity and get over the fact Golovkin lost his gonads for the rematch.
