    Lets.not act like Canelo isnt a P4P fighter who has taken on tough fights his whole career...

    He would be the quicker, more skilled, more experienced fighter

    While giving up size+power

    Makes sense he's guaranteed good money from DAZN in the US, so fighting overseas in the UK where he can top that up with UK PPV revenue would see him make a killing.

    Tough fight to take though Smith is huge, but Smith isn't really a mover so Canelo could sit back and counter an on coming Smith, but if Smith sits back and uses his height and reach could be a real tough fight. Canelo is the more skilled boxer but if he's forced to be the aggressor and cut off the ring he could struggle.

    He either is gonna fight Jacobz or Callum Smith

    Both tough fights

    Both guys a lot bigger/taller then him

    I doubt it would happen, and if it did it would be with a re-hydration clause.

    Still, it would be funny if Canelo fought Smith in the UK, won the fight and got robbed on the scorecards

    If Canelo somehow beats Callum Smith or actually plans to fight him, Im going to respect him more.


    Still doesnt change the fact that I want to Toss my sandal directly at Shadow, El chicano, Isal and El Cyclones face with extreme malice.

    In my opinion, no. The only fights that could fill Wembley at the moment are AJ vs anyone (for the time being) and perhaps Fury vs Wilder II.

    I don't think so. Smith hasn't got such a big profile here. Shame him vs Groves was on ITV PPV.

    That could have been the fight to give him huge exposure, but it wasn't going to happen on that platform.

    great fight. but i think canelo will go for andrade or jacobs. for his next major fight. most likely jacobs. at 168 would be perfect. they might just sneak in the lemieux fight first though.

    Good fight if it’s for the full WBA 168 title. Smith like fielding gives up his height, if he can just use his height it could be very interesting.
