245lbs is too big for Wilder, he just doesn’t have the frame to carry that much weight without is effecting his athleticism in a big way. I wouldn’t mind seeing it though, it would make it easier for Fury to run rings around him
Criticize Deontay all you want. But Deontay doesn't just train like a athlete. He lives like one. It will only be a matter of time, before Tyson goes back into bad habits, eating drink binges. Deontay is dedicated all year round. They'll be no false gains. All natural muscle growth and extra low body fat to go along with that extra sleek lean frame. lol it's gonna be a massacre next year, when the gypsy king is staggering against the ropes against a hulk sized bronzed bomber!
the best choices are either conte with the ZMA aka cream and clear or momo with the mexican beef. ariza shakes are a good option as well.
1. He won't be able to legitimately. 2. It would be a bad idea anyway... unlikely to gain much power but would lose speed and stamina
Unless he eats @Holler s avatar, he's never getting up to 245, not even by juicing. I think 225 is probably his ideal, attainable weight. Maybe 230.
He should come in at a similar weight as he did vs Szplika 228¾lbs, He looked like a beast at that weight, Speed was still there and i would say he was hitting harder, Right now he looks underweight almost malnourished. Not sure what caused him to lose all that weight in the first place, he might even be over training. He was still shredded at 228¾lbs he could go add more weight but he will be going into unknown territory could end up being counter productive but could be good impossible to say., not a risk i would want to take against fury, maybe in stay busy fight. Let's of greasy Southern Soul Food, trust me, I know, its quite easy to pack on 20 pounds in a weekend or two if you get carried away.
According to Russ Anber, who is one of Wilder's trainers Wilder fired his personal chef and dietitian against his advice after the Arreola fight, since Wilder said he didn't see any benefit to having them. Wilder's conditioning and weight also hasn't been consistent ever since. When I looked at Wilder's diet going into the Ortiz and Fury Fights he eats one giant meal such as a large steak and mashed potatoes once a day in camp and he doesn't eat vegetables. Fury on the other hand was eating 3-5 small meals throughout the day such as lean meats, vegetables, rice, and no dairy. Wilder will need to eat more times throughout the day and add more carbs to his diet, but even then with all of the cardio he does I doubt Wilder would be able to get over 225 by April.
