TFFP's posts are dead on regarding Wlad's weak ass chin, every time he gets hit with a decent shot to the head he either grabs on to his oppenent for dear life, panicks and eventually falls all over the place.

For all the Wlad fans out there, can you remember just once where Wlad went toe to toe with his oppenent and didnt get knocked down, I been watching Wlad very closely since 01, and I cant remember once where he was able to. Lewis on the other hand went toe to toe with his oppenents and never hit the canvas and won in the end, against an extremely hevey handed Briggs, Bruno, and Mercer, there was times where he had to show what he was made of and he did prove the haters wrong, Wlad has yet to do that.

NO Lewis is not stronger in every category.

Wlad has better hand speed, foot work, clinching ability, and superior height. I also think Wlad has a better jab, and throws more punches than Lewis did in general.

Watch the Barrett, Mercer, or Brewster fights. Wlad went toe to toe for the majority of the fight.

Keep in mind going toe to toe requires two fighters willing to do it. In the ring after the hype and talk stop, fighters are very worried about Wlad's laser like right hand and hook.

I could tell you for a fact that Wlad never went toe to toe with Mercer and especially Brewster, Mercer rarely even through his right hand the whole night, he caught him with a jab a couple times, but thats it. The first time Brewster hurt Wlad in the 3rd round from less than powerful straight left, Wlads legs buckled and he clinched on to Brewster in a panic. I cant remember much of the Barrett fight, I will review it tonite.

Wlads straight right and hook are definitely something to worry about, but when he had the chance to go toe to toe against other big hitters like Peter, Brewster, and Sanders, he folded like a lawn chair under the pressure, while he beat Peter, he still fell all over the ring, panicked, and clinched his way to victory.

The shot that Rahman landed on Lewis was harder than anything that either Brewster or Sanders landed on WALD, that's a fact.

The McCall line is bull**** because Lewis got up from that and should never have been stopped. WALD was on far shakier legs against Sanders than Lewis was against McCall yet one fight was stopped and the other was allowed to carry on. Not WALDS fault but that's the way it is.

Wlad is getting there but he lacks LL's killer uppercut.

    Their chins are pretty equal.

    (Lewis - Wlad that is)

While I'd give the edge to Wlad because he gets up.

I'd give the edge to Lewis because he didn't go down in the first place to have to get up again. Certainly not 11 times anyway, against bums :good

If WALD had Lewis's chin he'd most likely still be undefeated.

    I disagree.

Ali went down in his career 4 times, does that make his chin bad? I mean Tyson was KTFO quite a few times and he's chin is considered amongst the best ever.

Wlad went down against Panell on a good shot. He got up and won the fight did he not?

Lewis once he's down, he's done. He got caught off balance against Daryll.

Corrie caught him good, but he continued to get up. If Lennox got caught he would of never gotten up once.

As for the Peter fight. Im not even going to argue the back of the head shot but the 2nd KD was complete and utter bull****. The 3rd was legit.

If you dont want to say his chin isn't better that's fine but he makes up for it with the tremendous heart he has.
