Anyone that thinks joshua is this great superstar is talking utter shite. I guarantee you that he not fight usyk for a good 2 years. I don’t believe he has chased the wilder fight either. Sorry but most Joshua fans know **** about boxing I mean cmon he would get 90000sell out if he fought a tucking goat. He is not a **** fighter but he also nowhere near being an elite great heavyweight fighter either.
In terms of boxing skill it's not great with Fury being the only elite level boxer under 40 (Joshua is elite level boxer-puncher but bot a great pure boxer). But the HW division is about so much more thank skill and yes the the amount of exciting potential matchups including up and coming prospects is superb.
Maybe you missed the super champion part and don't know what mandatory means? Which forces a Usyk vs Joshua match. So you're guaranteeing AJ wont fight him in 2 years bc Usyk will not activate his mandatory and that's Joshua avoiding him if that happened ? Lol So the only guy who can avoid it stall the fight is Usyk. Beyond that no need to go further here bc what you think and what I know is like a little boy who doesn't know about multiplication trying to discuss physics with Einstein...you're obviously trolling and my advice is do it elsewhere....lol
Skill doesn't mean that much when you get to the big guys. Good slug fests between the top men is all I wanna see.
The division is stacked to the rafters with all kinds of diverse talent. Fury and Joshua are potential legends in the making. Wilder and Miller bring a sense of the experimental with there respective novel approaches. Povetkin and Ortiz represent 2 distinct boxing schools and bring a wealth of experience. Additionally we have war machine Dillian Whyte, Parker on the comeback and a number of tough and tested game contenders such as Breazeale, Takam, Kownacki, Chisora etc etc. Boring Pulev will hopefully get KO'd before too long but he's another who is ramping it up, the underwhelming Hughie is still so young he could come again providing he starts actually punching his opponents. Last but not least there is the mouth watering arrival of Cruiserweight king Usyk, a more 'classic' sized heavy oozing class and skill. Gassiev and Briedis could well do likewise. That's without mention of the horde of hungry prospects banging on the door.
One thing I’m interested in is seeing how the up and coming heavyweights pan out, not just the ones in the top twenty.
Damn you guys are the worst revisionist on the planet. Both guys were cracking each other but your boy Big Russian Robot was hugging so much I thought he wanted some Jamaican trouser snake. Like I said before, "thank the nerd gods for Youtube". Vitali got worked at the end after all that sexual assault he was attempting against Lewis. He had to fight him off his balls literally. #LewisvsKlitschko #MeToo This content is protected
I don’t know what the actual length of an era is? But surely it’s longer than 4 years? Would a decade be too long? Maybe 8 years that’s 2 Olympics or 2 world cups?
I think it’s a very different era to any I can think of. Many of the top ranked fighters have limited amateur careers and came into the sport late, and are being fast tracked into tough/ competitive fights. Meaning they are still learning on the job I don’t think there’s another era that compares in that respect. So for me I think it’s unfair to judge right now, some one else made i decent point most other eras were judged to be poor at the time, but are now considered to be great. Respect
