    Most inspirational - Brendan Ingle.

    I'll cosign on everything but that fight of the year. Part of me feels that there were several better fights and they were just looking to give something to Canelo because he's De La Hoya's boy.

    Probably would have gone with Hurd vs Lara or SSR vs Estrada for FOTY; everything else looks in order, though.

    Good calls. Thanks for posting them. The only call that smells like connected marketing if Canelo vs GGG 2. A good fight, but not the fight of the year.

    I don't understand why you guys are complaining about fight of the year. For one, it was a great fight, 2 it was the biggest fight of the year, 3 it was the most talked about boxing event by far. You simply cannot name another boxing fight this year that produced the same results.

    If they would of named Canelo fighter of the year then you'd have a right to complain, but you guys are just scraping the bottom of the barrell cause you're still mad at the result.

    I preferred G vs Canelo 2 over SSR vs Estrada and as exciting as Hurd vs Lara was, it wasn't on the level of the other 2. Oscar Valdez vs Scott Quigg was also a fantastic fight.
