Am I the only one who still thinks Tyson Fury is still not that good. The Wilder fight was so over rated. Yes he surprised me that he got competitive however he never at anytime in the fight hurt Wilder. I give him credit for getting up after the knockdown but he couldn't punch himself out of a paper bag and the only reason he did so well in that fight is because he is so big and awkward compared to a small Heavyweight in Wilder.
I respect the hard work he put in to lose all that weight and to recover from his depression but seriously he isn't as good as what everyone keep barking on about. AJ, Miller, Whyte and Wilder in a rematch would all beat him.

    Great idea..

I suggest taking Billy Joe Saunders as a warm up speaker, he can come out and abuse people on the front row, try to pay audience members to punch other audience members, get Dom Ingle out and he can just stand there while Billy gives some vulnerable audience members grief and Michelle Joy Phelps can cackle like a witch from backstage.

Then when people start asking for their money back Saunders can come back on stage and just blame Hearn for all his wrong doings.

Fury can then come on to the stage, start yelling "Dosser" and tell the room AJ is just a "Body Builder" and "No Body Builder will beat the Gypsy King because Tyson Fury is a real fighting man".

I think I'd pay to watch that car crash.

He's better than you give him credit for but he's not as good as some suggest. Ultimately I still think he got Wlad on an off night and a draw with Wilder (who I don't rate) was reasonably fair and a long way off a robbery.

He just doesn't do enough offensively. I genuinely don't see what others do when he spends a round slipping punches, holding his arms out, occasionally pulling a face and then walking back to his corner having landed half a dozen tippy tappy shots. How anyone watches that and thinks 'this is seriously like watching Floyd Mayweather' is utterly beyond me.

Hype and bandwagon jumping equals Boxing hipsters

They don't want to be left out of the cult or be the one who ''doesn't get it'' when it comes to Tyson Fury.

When the truth is there is nothing to get. He's an abnormally sized lump of a specimen who happens to be quick and awkward on his feet and has decent boxing ability.

From Feb 7th to March 30th there are now 21 speaking events taking place every 1-4 days.

This is really bad and going to mean he is going to exposed to alot of chances to drink too. I cant see him training at all during this tour, and can see him really getting out of shape again at the end of it. I can see him relaxing and getting back on the booze.

Should he not be back full time training on 2 Jan ready to defend his lineal title in April?

Good performance and draw v Wilder should be built on quickly as he could take all the proper belts this year if he finds another 10%.

I remain to be convinced but got to eat humble pie after his fight v Wilder - not a fan of his tip tap hip hop style but it was very effective v Wilder until the final round.

I would prefer him to be Jurgs but he seems to be wanting a break. To be fair he shifted a whole welterweight of timber over a year with non stop training, plus his missus is having another kid so he could probably do with taking a few months off. I think 2 big fights next year would be good. I noticed Davison saying they’d be up for Whyte, that’d be fun.
