Crawford, Lomachenko, and Usyk were never underdogs in any of their fights and have never climbed up as many weight classes as Mikey. I don't see how anyone can argue against it. Mikey is a HUGE underdog and will be winning another belt in his 5th weight class, that's ATG accomplishments already.

Spence has that aura of invincibility about him. He's a yung, hungry American champion in his prime with a relentless style. I don't give Mikey a chance to beat Spence, but if he does... then it'll be the biggest win in years.

    No he wont.

What has Spence done to be considered worthy of making Mikey Garcia pfp #1?

Yes, if Mikey wins he definitely deserves P4P #1.

    Lol! Why??

It would be a good win yeah but Spence isn’t some incredible top tier PFP fighter. He needs to earn that label while passing upcoming PED tests.

I agree and said that when the fight was signed if he beats Spence he's P4P #1.

Agreed but with that said if Spence wins he's just a weight bully. Spence is not P4P.

Not at all. In some ways, Spence is suited to Garcia. Spence's main weakness is his slight lack of movement. He likes to maintain his stance and have everything in control. We've seen glimpses where the likes of Brook have troubled Spence. He can be caught easily by jabs and that's why a lot favour Crawford to beat Spence. Spence isn't comfortable in chaos. That's why I feel he might struggle with Porter.

There are still 3 big questions surrounding Spence:
    1. Is he a cheat? (All things so far point to a yes)
    2. How does he cope with a true 'box and move' style?
    3. How does he deal with mayhem from a proper brawler like Porter?

He still has lots of questions to answer.

It's a great win if Garcia pulls it off, but the talent of Usyk and Loma still have those guys way ahead. Especially Usyk who had one of the best years we've ever seen from any fighter in any year. When can you remember someone beating the best 3 fighters in the division in the same year? Usyk's resume clearly destroys Garcia's, it's not even close. Has Mikey cleaned out a division? No. Until he cleans out light-welter or welterweight then he can't even be considered for P4P No.1. And believe me, I'll give him all the credit in the world if he achieves one of those two objectives.

Of course he is. Only ones who disagree are lomas harem, check their Post history. If Mikey was from bumlovistan, he would be a god around here.

He'd surely have my vote, can't see how he couldnt be unanimously seen as #1. A lot of people got it all wrong on Spence -- he is without doubt an absolutely elite talent and top 5 p4p fighter. If Mikey moves up and wins he leapfrogs To the top for sure. Mad respect to him to for demanding this fight.
