To me he is Warrens best prospect, why is he never mentioned by Frank in interviews and doesnt even have a fight in 2019 yet? He last fought in September.

Get him active Frank, kid can be a world champion very soon.

The way he holds his chin up while fighting makes me think he will get KO'ed viciously at some point.

I'm not a massive fan to be honest. European is probably his ceiling.

I agree with other sentiment he leaves his chin on a plate but he is great to watch and comes with good support. He is a fighter that if you see on the bill you know you are getting your moneys worth. Who knows how far he can go if that chin holds up through the levels.

I was thinking the same thing a while back too, Woodstock still gets more promo time than him

If he can stay at Super feather he will do very well
The guy is a bit of a monster for the weight, I am sure Frank can find him a soft touch for a title fight eventually.

@ Lightweight I don't fancy his chances too well

I think it seems Bowen is ahead of him in the pecking order under Warren so he is getting the shots that Archie would have been i.e. the British title fight next month against Ronnie Clark

Never seen Bowen fight really, but saw highlights of him crushing Chris Kongo in the amateurs.

Is Bowen deservedly ahead in the pecking order?
According to Boxrec Bowen hasn't had many fights @ 130lbs, mostly up higher must be a bit of a lump for the weight

Yeah Bowen probably is further along in his development and 3 years older so it seems like he is naturally gonna get his chance first.

Archie is only 23, so maybe Warren is gonna keep things slow for now till he is more mature.

Bowen is ahead of him because the no one wud fight him in eliminators and English title shot so he was mandated for British by the board not by fw. Also Bowen wasn't signed to fw wen he won the British title

Nice boxer but I think he will struggle above British level -- holds his chin up as others have said and isnt the bigger puncher himself

Archie is back on the 27th of April, just a tune up fight I believe after being injured but wants to push on to fight for titles after this

Warren doesn't have a clue about which prospects to promote/push

He gave Lyon Woodstock and Zelfa Barrett a big push and they've both lost, yet better talents like Willy Hutchinson, Archie Sharp, Sam Bowen are under the radar.
