i laugh when a big deal is made about smoking weed, and yes the poster who wrote stays in ur system for 30 days is exactly right (who knows when he smoked it).... if the guy tested positive for crack or somethin that would be a bigger deal...

So that means he was getting high in the middle of his training camp. Just not smart.

The real problem is Powell must've been smoking quite abit in the past few months......for the smoker that smokes every now and then, pot is only in your system for 3-5 days and is fat soluable
Regular smokers have it in their system for around 30 days, which is what it appears Powell is:)

Aside from this pot wouldnt really effect his performance, a smoke before bed isn't hurting anyone, but chiefing down like a rastaman he will have some cardio issues

Theres actually an MMA fighter that is an avid pot smoker, he quits before training however(good idea), and has spoken mainly on how it effects performance in a positive way, mainly how much his focus is improved

Indeed.. Some of the smartest people in the world are potheads.. Smoking a lot for a long time can affect you in the long run, but it's not gonna' make you stronger or enhance your skills and abilities for your next fight.. However it can improve your focus or it can make you one lazy ******* who wants to eat..
