One of the biggest fights that could easily have been made but was not-

Tommy Ryan vs Barbados Joe Walcott.

The winner of that would have had a prety solid claim to be the greatest welterweight of all time. Forgett about the various heavyweight showdown of the period that didnt materialise. This is the one where historians realy got cheated.

Also what about Rocky Balboa vs. Cluber Lang III ? I don't think Balboa won a single round in their two fights.
