Couldn't care less about his appearance. I judge people by their actions and (lack of) morals.

me too, but few people get in my head enough for me to mount a campaign against them, certainly no boxers. if his victims are comfortable enough to go back for seconds, who am i to play mom for them?

    You mother****ers!

It's the same as the IBF rehydration clause(day of the fight morning weight in). You know, the one Jacobs had to oblige by in his last fight...
But because of the **** Jacobs pulled with Golovkin, the IBF no longer mandates it for unification fights.

    You all are hilarious.

Mayweather also refused to do so for many years. And some morons claimed that he was 160+ lbs. But then the Ortiz fight came and Floyd was 150 on the day

Similar to how people claim that Manny is still a lightweight forcing himself to eat. Dude has been 150 lbs for a long time now and made his welterweight debut in 2008. You know, the same year Broner made his pro debut
Chris Algieri and Jessie Vargas also made their pro debuts in 2008, Jeff Horn arrived in 2013:lol: But no, no! Manny is forcing himself to stay at the weight.

Is there any punishments to stop Jacobs (or anyone else) doing it again?

Well if you skip the morning weigh in, you will loose the title or won´t be eligible to win it. But besides that, there is nothing.
And the IBF no longer mandates it for unification fights or fights with multiple titles on the line.
