I've been exercising a lot recently and hurt my lower back slightly. Are there any exercises that I can still do that won't aggravate or stretches that will help it? Thanks.
Many exercises out there but a basic thing is just to walk briskly on the treadmill for 15min or so...
i have hurt my back as well. 3 Herniated discs. All I can advise you is don't lift heavy. I still lift tough but I just do many more repetitions. Just go to chiropractor, let him adjust your back. Don't bend your head to oftenfor longer periods of time. Just because it hurts your lover back doesnt mean that this is the place you injured as the nerves work in a weird way back there. Oh and the last thing....DONT EVEN LISTEN TO SOME VOICE IN YOUR HEAD THAT TELLS YOU THAT SHE IS THE QUEEN OF CENTRAL UNIVERSE AND ALL YOU NEED IN YOUR LIFE IS SEX......AND NO ITS NOT SCHIZOPHRENIA just stick to what you like. Dont give up. Keep on training. Believe in yourself and not some magic beings on the other side od this vail. good luck!
Lay on your back with your hands face down under your arse cheeks, you then thrust up high with your hips and hold it there for at least 10 seconds. Another great one is to lay on your back and raise your knees to the opposite shoulder and hold it there.
