Boxers are usually past prime after 35.

 

People peak at different times. Tyson peaked at 22. Ali lost to Berbick aged 38, and no one gives Bernice credit for that because he doesn’t deserve any.
Wlad at 41 was lighter on his feet and in just as good condition as a guy exactly the same size but 14 or so years younger.
