    VERY VERY Impressed with Kova, like many others here I thought he was done but he has much more to offer and needs to STICK to this coaching team, he can still go on strong for another 2-3 years.

    I don't know, this was one of his best performances and Alvarez also has a terrific chin.

    Alvarez was just looking for the KO. I think if he upped the pressure he could have put the doubt in Kovalev's mind and won the fight.

    It was weird, because at rounds 3-4 Kovalev looked spent, I was thinking it's gonna be Ward 2/Alvarez 1 again and then he just started fighting more and more loose and just seemed overall lighter as the rounds went on.

    Alvarez gassed out after 10 rounds, he would have gassed out even quicker had he upped his workrate

    While I’m ecstatic with Kovalev’s performance, Alvarez’s performance was as flat of a first title defense since Rances Barthelemy vs. Kirill Relikh 2

    Yeah, early on this didn't seem like a wonderful Kovalev performance in the least - and then he goes and breaks character and gets better over a twelve round distance. Who ever would have thought??

    He's guilty as hell. Its all about the punishment now. Besides the assault , he beat her dog up and tried to take the womans love box. I don't support ******. Beating a chick up is different from trying to bang her without consent.
