Debatable re: Takam and, as you correctly point out, he hasn't fought Miller yet. I'm talking resumes not crystal balls. We'll see if Miller is any better than DB. Are we sure he is, based on his own record?
But he's not, because the guys you listed apart from Whyte he has fought since Breazeale. It's progression.
DB is, in my view, AJ's 5th best win. He laughed at the mention of his name. What if DB beats Wilder? Then AJ's unification fight would be against a laughable opponent. Good luck selling that one...
Of course he laughed, because he KO'd him 3 years ago in his 17th fight. And now Wilder fights him in his 42nd fight. Wait, I already said this, but you don't seem to agree the reason AJ is amused. We all like different comedy I suppose.
Uuhm, Breazeale - how undeserving he is- is the mandatory challenger, so Wilder had no other choice after Fury ducked the immediate rematch.
Wilder just went head to head with Fury who AJ wanted ZERO to do with and Wilder also dispatched King Kong....Other than B, Miller and Whyte who should he fight while others are tied up now?
Big Baby has size and stamina but is slow as FK because he advertises his punches 8 seconds prior to ripping them but he will give AJ problems
Wilder clinging onto that WBC belt for dear life. Tip tapping his way through and ducking the big fights.
I tend to agree.... although I think DB is slightly underrated - he did OK vs AJ and surely must have improved since then - and Miller is relatively untested...
