Cool, but before I clicked I would have bet money this was going to be the Al Ettorre knockout.

Speed kills. Those quick, compact punches with full leverage. A thing of beauty.

That right is a car crash. Boxing's human form would be Louis.

Different era brother. And I'm sure old timers during that fight probably said it was stopped to quickly.

Hopefully, boxing was meant to be a brutal sport. He can stay down whenever he wants

Some guys are too brave for their own good and have to be rescued from themselves.

Don't you think he should be free to choose? Saves fighters from poor ref stoppages. There's always a chance for a comeback KO

Imagine if a ref stopped Marciano vs Walcott in the first round...... Or Gatti vs Ward

Nope I don't, and boxing has never been dependant on a fighter being the sole judge of his ability to continue and nor should it ever be so.

Marciano was not in trouble against Walcott ,he went down, and got up in good shape
Watch Tommy Collins against Jimmy Carter and tell me that should not have been stopped earlier.
    Machen v Johansson
    Moore v Duran
