    What did we have?
    Brook vs Golovkin
    Khan vs Alvarez
    Rigo vs Loma
    Pavlik vs Hopkins
    Marquez vs Floyd
All instances that the jump didn't work out.
P4P there shouldn't be any change.

The Ring currently have him ranked #10 P4P but they did have him ranked as high as #7 not that long ago before they came to their senses. They have Mikey ranked at #7. If Spence beats Mikey I won't have any complaints if they keep him at #10

P4P it really only effects Mikey positively, should he win. Personally I want to see Spence move up, not stay at 147 and drag guys up to his weight.

On my p4p-list Garcia is now number 3 just behind Crawford and Lomachenko.
And since Spence is my number 9 at the moment...
If Spence brutalizes Garcia convincingly, he will become one of the top three.

Win does not elevate him, but if mikey wins he’s #1 then.

Initially, the win does nothing but, if Mikey stays at 147 and gets a belt and has some good wins, then it will be a good win in hindsight. Only time will tell.

Spence is already pretty much in everyone's top 10 p4p.................

Spence has to either outright stop or thoroughly dominate Mikey because it's what's expected. If Mikey even looks good after 7-8 rounds, Spence is going to be woefully criticized. This is literally nearly a no one situation for him (Even if he wins).

You could be right, Spence is one of those fighters who is a little hard to judge due to a lack of elite opposition. But to me his skills look good, I know he does get hit a bit but offensive fighters like him tend to get hit a bit more. I do think Mikey is the more skilled, which is why Spence would have to show that he can win with skill to move up the p4p list ... otherwise nothing changes.

Spence was missing out on a lot of peoples P4P top list in the last thread on the topic. With only 2 notable wins on his resume, it's easy to see why.

This is where I feel Mikey gets a free pass. Watch the post fight press conference for Lipinets. Mikey's face had a lot of damage and his nose was moved 3 inches to the left. Broner had him leaking at the nose, too.

We haven't seen Spence lumped up or bleeding yet.

To be fair, Lipinets is just the sort of guy who will make you pay for the win in terms of beauty ... I think Mikey is very good, his timing is excellent and his technique is polished but I don't see the massive skill difference some are talking about.

If Mikey wins I am definitely wrong, put it that way.

It's hard to get lumped up fighting guys like ocampo.. Spence still has questions to answer for me.
