He fought a draw with Ernie Shavers, he beat Jose Luis Garcia who I believe stopped Norton, he went 15 rounds with Ali and probably won that fight, he beat Ron Lyle twice! Now who did the guys who ko'ed Wlad beat or go the distance with?

Oh come on, George walked his man down behind a power jab, watch his fight with Peralta. Foreman would go straight at both of them with bad intentions.

This aint little Joe Frazier or chinny Ken Norton, this is a man(Vitali) much bigger than Foreman with skills and reach and a chin that would get him through rough moments, whereas although Wlad hasn't the same chin as big bro he has better skills and a bigger punch than anyone that George ever faced, this aint Lyle, he has a massive chance

Are your seriously comparing a 6-0, 195 pound fighter (Peralta) with a 6-7, 245 pound fighter. You think Foreman at 6-3, 213 could fight a fighter much bigger and stronger the same as he could walk into a fighter who is much smaller? Foreman barely beat Peralta, and at the end was holding on to keep from going down. After watching this fight, I'd pick fighters who are not nearly as good as the K brothers to beat Foreman. Foreman weighed 213 for Peralta and still looked ponderous, and he lacked stamina. The crowd booed the decision for Foreman.

Both K brothers are faster, bigger, stronger, and most importantly, they have better stamina. Foreman was big for his time, he fought like the bigger fighter. That wouldn't work with either K brother, it didn't even work with Peralta.

He wasn't Foremans whipping boy was he, not deterred, throwing to the end Peralta. I think the biggest fallacy in boxing is that Foremans all wrong for Tyson too

Both are bigger faster and with better stamina and skills. Foreman was a big strong fighter for his era, but besides having a better chin then Wlad I don’t see much of an advantage he has.

They would be terrified of Foremans power and agression and go on the defence. From there it goes downhill for the Klitschko brothers. Id say he kos them in 5 rounds. They would have a good chance against post Ali Foreman. He was way to cautious with no confidence at all.

yep, the idea that Tyson would have problems with 70s Foreman is silly. Tyson weighed as much as Foreman, was a strong, quick fighter with better stamina than Foreman. Tyson would make 70s Foreman look like slow motion, making him miss and then punishing him. Tyson had nothing in common with the Joe Frazier that Foreman fought and he had little in common with the best Frazier. Tyson was a 215 pound, two handed fighter with the quickness of a small man, who consistently fought and beat people bigger than himself. Foreman was a 215 pound "giant" in a time of small fighters. I've never thought that 70s Foreman would last over 4-5 rounds with 80s Tyson and the time he lasted probably wouldn't be competitive, just Tyson beating on him like he did Tyrel Biggs.

Plus, so what if George is rough the first few, he aint gonna last long with his gas tank, not only do I think he gets out bombed but Tyson prime don't flap a fight, he'll be there assaulting George when George is spent, and who takes them assaults when tired from missing and getting chewed up in exchanges, no one imo. You said the weight as well, theres nothing in it is there

Foreman would last one round and maybe 30 seconds in if he's lucky. Imagine his defense holes when you have both Klitschko's whaling away on you ? Wlad would end it with a straight right, while Vitali clinches Foreman on the side and pulls his arms down . :headbash

What biggest puncher in Heavy history did he face outside Lewis? When I look at his opponents their mediocre at best other than Lewis. The man quit on his stool against Byrd in a fight he was winning. In my opnion that's a bad trait to have going in against a beast like prime Foreman. Foreman would stop both Kleichkos within 10 rds.

    Perhaps.

But the biggest thing with opponents facing Foreman is the ability to take away those uppercuts. And George throws them with both hands. But the guys that gave him trouble did not get hit with that punch. Ali and a prime Young are impossible to land uppercuts on.

Do you think George lands that punch on the Klitschko's? I do not. To go one step further, they do a lot more than nullify the punch, they take the punch away.

I wouldn't favor George vs either, but they're not unwinnable matchups.
