I personally think both AJ and Fury beats Wilder both now and then.

It's rapidly reaching its sell by date. Wilder is already 34 this year and should, by rights, have a loss on his record already. And if he's turning down £100 million then I'm not sure any amount of money will be enough.

I think Wilder is going to be upset at some point in the near future and the whole fight never happens, or happens in a vastly diminished capacity.

And how come in all the interviews through the years--nobody has bothered to try and pin him down on the prospect of unifying titles?
