He lost by stoppage a year or so ago to Johnriel Casimero, a battering ram of a southpaw who was coming off of stopping Amnat Ruenreng in 4, a loss that I and almost everyone else predicted, because it was just too great a step up in class for Charlie at the time, but he still managed to do quite well in the fight and won several of the rounds early on, but Johnriel was just too tough, hit too hard and too relentless for him. But since that loss he regrouped, got his **** together and learned from that loss, and beat Crisofer Rosales last year, who had had a stellar 2018 up to that point, upsetting the war machine Daigo HIga in Japan and stopping Paddy Barnes. So that was a very solid win. His win over Moreno wasn't great, but it was solid, only solid Euro/British level guys beat him. I think he's got a ton of potential and is possibly the best Flyweight in the UK, that being said, its a brutal division, and its going to be really though for him to be the top dog overall, but he has what it takes to be a constant in the Top 5.
