The power is special...let's see if he can avoid falling in love with it enough to sharpen up the things he needs to. That's the puncher's curse.
The Mountain for sure but somewhere in the HW landscape, there is a version of The Hound ready to take him out! He has some decent attributes but hell fire, that defence needs working on pronto as soon as he moves up. Right now, he is basically a bigger version of Dave Allen with heavier hands.
If he lands the uppercut - fight's over. But there's always that question of how he can get there to land it. Gibson is a smart, "Zack Page-Zuri Lawrence"-type fighter. Which also means he has no serious power and Makhmudov just figured he could walk through his best $hit. Why waste time?
Same question again (related to E. European/former Soviet U fighters based in North A.) ... WTF is happening with Dychko? Surely fighting 4 no-names for 4 wins in the last 8 months is a better game-plan than fighting no-one. It worked for Wilder to market him as an unbeaten fighter with XX wins. Perhaps he has been sparring in fight preparations for others, and being ok with that. I hope his current lack of ambition doesn't translate into him being Luiz Ortiz, and trying to make a late run when his prime is fading.
