Can't see much over 200k. Other than his name, everyone knows that Khan is shot. This is not to criticise Crawford as I think he is the best WW out there and I think this will be a better fight from both boxers than the Spence / Garcia fight however, there was a bit of intrigue as to whether Garcia could do something. With the Crawford/Khan fight, there is a widely shared view that Khan will be competitive in the early rounds but then Bud will catch him and it will be all over. Now if the fight turns out to be more competitive than that, I will be the first to commend it but there is virtually no chance of this being a truly competitive fight and I think people know this which is why the PPV numbers will be low.
how much do khans fans really matter? everyone who knows me knows im a boxing nerd, so they always talk whatever boxing they know with me, and nobody i know is interested in khan. maybe its different in uk or some other parts of the world, but in the world i live in, nobody thinks about khan when we talk boxing. i will take a guess at 125k, crawford is still considered the goods by most boxing fans so they may fork over some dough to see him.
