Has there been any announcement on when he's fighting again this year? I can't believe a guy this talented would just fight once a year. I would really like to see a fight against Santa Cruz.

I know he needs to fight more often i've been very very impressed with him thus far in his career. He would give Cruz loads of trouble, I could see him winning that fight!

I think this guy wanted to be the best on the planet and he was destroying everyone in his way giving him supreme confidence, he thought he would not be beaten and would achieve greatness... then he met Loma and got embarrased by him, all his confidence that built up over the years... gone...this can really affect your mentality

Yep, it's sad, especially as boxers like GRJ who largely depend upon their super fast reflexes and elite hand speed to win fights tend to have noticably shorter primes than boxers who aren't as naturally gifted in these areas and therefore have to adopt less energetic styles. It's also worth noting that before his fight with Lomachenko, GRJ had been fighting roughly twice a year; it was only after the loss that he then took to fighting only once a year. I guess Hi-Tech must have caused a part of GRJ's soul to shrivel up and die that night.
