Thats such a invalid answer. you dont become 6ft 5 just on putting muscle. Youre comparing this era with the 1960s and 50s, which is really a laughable comparison. Heavyweights have been getting taller, yes, but not by steroids or anything. You really think Fury out of all of those people would be on steroids? David HAye and Povetin are small, Povetkin failed a drug test, and Haye was blowing muscle and doing exercise risking his own condition, as now due to all that muscle building he has a severed leg, plus had surgery to where he got taller by 2 inches, which made it worse. Was Price on steroids or hes naturally taller.

Also, youd have to be dumb to use steroids in this age of boxing, and funnily enought, only the small heavyweights been caught like that, such as Erkan Teper and Molina. Joshua is tested non stop as well. You could make a case for Wladimir Klitschko, who barely got tested throughtout his reign as champion.

1939-1959 is NOT a steroid free era.

First synthetic Testosterone was synthesized in 1939 by Germans. Anytime after that DOES NOT count as a steroid free era.

Completely delusional to think he's natural lol, but then again I'm confident that all the top fighters are using. Former boxer here and also bodybuilder. Ain't no way you're building that physique naturally while training for boxing. Only possible through a combination of top genetics and steroids.

I think he's likely on roids, you'd have to be very naive to think otherwise in this era with all the athletes caught doping and boxing's doping controls being so poor.

But having said that we can't be certain. People will point at his imposing physique and say it's impossible without roids but then look at Primo Carnera, 6'5.5" 265lbs lean in an era before roids, he has even more muscle mass than Joshua.

Fact is you always get outliers, guys that just don't fit the norm, who are just physical freaks. Mike Tyson 13 years old was 190lbs of solid muscle, was Tyson roiding at 13? I don't think so, yet he was twice the size of your average 13 year old.

Then people point to FFMI saying you can't be natural and score over 25. But FFMI itself is a flawed scale, the study it was based on was from a sample size of only 74 men, hardly a big enough pool to say it's conclusive and also of those 74 how many had reached their genetic ceiling, if any of the participants hadn't reached their genetic ceiling it makes the results again skewed towards a lower score for natural lifters. And of those 74 how many were 6'6"? How can you really get an accurate assessment of what is naturally possible for such a tall athlete.

Primo Carnera looked natural. Also Anthony Joshua was not that muscular when he was young. The bulging fullness of the muscles is a dead giveaway.

I’m a gym rat and tried everything from anadrol to sarms , wrestled for bigger part of my life and it’s really hard for me to think of an athlete who looks more juiced up than Joshua.
Joshua has an excessive stomach distention , or so called “hgh gut” and it’s huge despite his low body fat . You can consume 12k calories per day , and not have that . insulin and hgh abuse that’s how you get that kind of gut.

Former natty powerlifter here, ive seen his training videos and he doesnt lift super heavy, you would think if he was heavily on the juice his weights would be sky high. Hes just a genetic freak,he does a lot of cardio at high intensity as well.

You all realize that Anthony Joshua's body is totally possible without P.E.D.s right? Is this a bit of body envy or what? Many people of African lineage have those type of genetics, low body fat, and high muscle mass if they are active, and workout.

Canelo got caught with PEDs. You would be naive to think he didn't use steroids aswell in the past especially with all the pictures where he looked small and then a couple of years later he's a bull. Clenelo is one of the best out there, Top 5 P4P and probably the man to beat at 160 and 167. This tells you everything. The top athletes are all using some stuff.

Mathematically it's total unreal that Joshua put on such a massive amount of muscles as a pro boxer and looking lean like that. He has an unreal calorie consumption each day with doing tons of cardio and he probably needs to eat 7000-10.000 calories on those training days to gain at least a bit over a longer time period.

This,i trained with an African for a while and in a very short space of time he was pulling close to a 300 kg deadlift without the use of any anabolics whatsoever. Dude could run fast as the wind and punch like a mule. They are just a different breed.

You must have been one of those naive natty lifters then who look up to your top fellow "natty" lifters. Good genetics and hard work you tell yourself. Harsh reality is these guys with top physiques and lifts are a combination of good genetics and roid usage.

Muh body envy. Steroid usage is more rampant than you think. You seem like you have limited experience with bodybuilding and PEDs.
