Average? Brooks was the 2nd best WW when he fought Spence. He was actually avoid by Thurman and Garcia. Porter was the only one who stepped up to fight him and lost. One of the many reason he fought GGG because no other top WW was trying to fight him until Spence did. One of the reason I believe he didn't KO Garcia is because he wasn't at full strength dropping weight from 180 to 146 by weight in time. That's why he said after the fight, he would stay around 160 or less for his next fight.

Your guy Manny doesn’t want that work tho...he has dominated every fight he has been in except the Brook, and he broke Kells eye socket and made him quit.

this "brook was winning" needs to stop. Spence systematically broke him down, took over the fight after a few good rounds from Brook (which iirc, none of his rounds were clear Brook rounds) and made him quit. He wasn't winning and Spence most definitely was not in deep water, and in Brooks, and his doctors own words, his face wasn't defective, it was stronger than before....and that wasn't even the side that Spence broke.

But Brook was winning after 7 rounds. 4-3 or 5-2 whatever you fancy. Mikey can go 12 rounds, you're telling me that Brook can't? And the facts are that Brook was drained and did have bad eyes. That was proved by the GGG fight and the weigh-in the day before the Spence fight.

It isn't a coincidence that he had two eye injuries in a row. That just doesn't happen and it doesn't matter how much you back Spence on this, everybody knows there is unfinished business with Brook. You don't have two eye injuries in a row unless you have something wrong with your eyes. It's pretty obvious.

No he wasn't, he was a couple of ounds down, plus the knockdown by the time of the stoppage. He was drained yeah, but that doesn't weaken your bones.

Totally dominated and put a beating on Lamont Peterson,Broke brooks eye socket and stopped him, shut out mikey garcia 12 rounds to zip and nearly had his brother throw the towel in. far from average,

You can argue that brook was not 100% for that fight and i agree came down from 160 after having his eye socket shattered, regardless Spence still did what he had to do and brook still looked and came on strong in that fight. Brook was a top welter weight, the fight may have ended the same way regardless, brook has a long time off after GGG to heal up. That said its a rematch i would like to see.

Spence has done what hes had to do and has looked dam good doing it.

    Uh huh.

What if Brook had gone 12 w/ GGG and lost every second of every round? Would GGG have looked "dam [sic] good" doing it?

What if Khan had one 12 w/ Canelo and lost every second of every round? Would Canelo have looked "dam [sic] good" doing it?

He isn't doing year round testing that's the difference. Everyone knows taking VADA testing 2 months before a fight is useless, hence the suspicion.

Nah. These kinds of accusations shouldn't be leveled unless there is something clearly indicating something. I don't think Spence uses anything.
