Is it bleeding? I seem to remember Rocky had blood on his hands after he finished pounding that meat so you should aim for that too. Don't stop till you see the blood! :ggg

Can't see it being anyone who is top level cause they will want a full camp..

Will only be a fighter who has no chance..

I think it's unlikely for a US debut, but I would like to see Joe Joyce as the replacement. I think it would be competitive, and a loss wouldn't be that damaging to Joyce (given the opponent and relatively short notice) whilst giving him the much needed profile boost.

I see his manager has already talked it up on Twitter.

If he's turning down the fight originally for money, surely he will turn down a 6 weeks notice ?

Hearn's tweet states that Miller has returned an adverse finding. This isn't necessarily the same as an anti-doping violation, so we do need to wait for more details.

That said, the fact that Hearn has gone public with it suggests it isn't something that can be quickly brushed under the carpet with a TUE. Plenty of AAFs never reach the public as they are closed off with a TUE or by reference to existing data. Chris Froome's only came to light because it was leaked to the press.

Miller doesn't have much time to put together an explanation, so unless there is a legitimate reason for that **** being in his system it doesn't look good for him. Recent history isn't on his side; pre-fight positives tend to be more problematic than post-fight ones, as he needs to get past the NYSAC to get licensed.

If Miller is out, I think Kownacki is more likely than Ortiz. Local guy with a decent following, less dangerous than Oritz but not really much of a step down from Miller. His appearance could be an issue though in selling the fight to PPV audiences.

But does he want it for the same wages Miller was getting for it? That’s what it’s ultimately going to come down to. He priced himself out originally, has he ate humble pie?

No idea bud, possibly. Maybe it’s the added appeal of fighting in the US and his lack of options for a fight this summer.

Can’t see it being Ortiz, too risky for AJ at short notice surely especially as a southpaw. Think Hunter or Kownacki would be most likely, both arguably better than Miller anyway.
