They are not recognised by WADA and their affiliates because VADA dont follow their policies and procedures in regards to collection/transportation/storage/testing, which are designed to secure the source and protect the athlete. What source do you need other than the World Anti Doping Authority mr "my sources say VADA is gold standard across sports"?

You're right it's done by labs accredited by that testing body as testing bodies don't run their own labs. When I say WADA labs I don't mean labs run by them but labs accredited by them. VADA uses WADA accredited labs just like USADA does. I'm well aware of that article read it a few times. VADA undoubtedly fulfill an important role in trying to keep the sport clean in the US as there was clearly an issue with testing in boxing and MMA in the US prior to their establishment. Their problem is though is it isn't mandatory only voluntary and like any testing body they are reliant on other bodies to enforce any sanctions on a fighter that has failed a test and in the USA the boxing authorities don't seem to take a hard line on doping.

Actually it was Bob Bennett & the NSAC that issued the THREE WEEK LATE TUE & the statement "Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong we will not be investigating"
No no, it was USADA that claimed the TUE. Then Bobby B... remember he said WTF you cant issue a TUE? Then 24 hrs later he reversed that and said everything was a ok.
