    When's the last time a good news story came out of boxing? I feel like it's just more of the same lately, robberies, drug cheats, poor matchmaking and outright ducking.

    Im 6'3 and honestly 190-210 would be a very good weight, id say 200 pounds is perfect lean.
    Depends on your body frame but i wouldn't want to be anymore than 200 with under 10% body fat at 6'3.

    We've had nasal spray, contaminated beef, wild boar. I think he should go for the mixed donna kebab excuse, there are all kinds of dodgy substances in donna meat, still love them though...I might go and get one now.

    It’s completely obsolete in the performance enhancement market!! Much better designer drugs such as Cardarine which is what miller popped for!!! Clen was popular like 20 years ago!
