Allen is a much better fighter than he was a few years ago, and weirdly has developed one of the best body attacks in the division. But he still gets hit far too much and is still far too flat footed to close distance on taller fighters effectively, including Wilder. I'll be interested to see what further improvements Barker can make with Allen though, as he's clearly not the finished article yet.
Gotta go with Wilder KO , I would want Allen to win tho . I may change my opinion on this tho as recently Wilder looks stressed and too light , I doubt he would make HW it's that bad . It would not be easy for Wilder , his recent fights have showed he is one dimensional and let's face it he cannot even win a fight by rounds , he has no depth either just hoping for a one punch .
Lenroy Thomas outboxed Allen so realistically spitzka would of easily beat Allen. You got to remember the time wilder beat them not just current versions of them or what they have gone onto do. I can’t believe I’m debating wether domestic Dave Allen would be one of wilders best wins. Shows how poor wilders resume is when people can even suggest it lol.
You must be kidding/trolling . Allen was and is still terrible. He wouldn't be a top-10 win for Wilder.
So you would back all if the following against Allen: Arreola, Stiverne, Washingon, Szpilka, Malik Scott, Liakhovich, Flirtha and Audley Harrison?
Allen is about Firthas level, yes. He struggled with Jason Gavern ffs. Stiverne I would obliterate him, even the fat and shot version who was knocked out in the first round would have a good chance to outbox Allen.
Prime versions of all those boxers batter the **** out of Allen. You Matchroom casuals are so dumb, eating up the words of pedo Adam Smith and cocaine Darren Barker, desperately trying to convince yourself that Allen is some sort of threat. Tony Yoka is considered a glass chinned overhyped heavyweight and he nearly killed Allen in the ring.
Dumb? I wasn't the one who said Hughie would give Pulev a boxing lesson or that Browne would put on a "boxing clinic" against Allen.
