    Fighters who went in to the fight with the tactics to let the puncher punch himself out, they were losing rounds and rounds but taking little damage in those rounds and watching their opponent wilt and fade infront of there eyes, to either blast them out late or sweep the later rounds for a W. Some examples please. Other than Ali rope-a-doping Foreman.

    It’s not a tactic that generally works lol Ali was very fortunate in regards to the weather conditions and his opponent. Wasn’t planned either. Can’t really think of any off the top of my head.

    Abraham, Clottey and Starling are good examples. All three fought behind a high guard and were good using that style to wear guys down. Abraham was a notoriously slow starter that would get stronger as fights would go on and through steady pressure would break opponents down. The Jermane Taylor fight is a good example.
