Mike Perez in the mix to face Joshua

    Apparently Mike 'The Rebel' Perez is also considered as Jarrell Millers replacement for the fight with Anthony Joshua.

    Perez is scheduled to fight Makabu next week, but that fight could possibly get canceled. I think Perez has a better chance than Ruiz Jr and Hunter to pull the upset.

    AJ may as well fight a bum found under the Brooklyn Bridge at this point. Or a crackhead from Skid Row.

    Decent CW but his record at HW is very poor. Lost 2 of his 3 notable opponents at HW ( TKO by Povetkin in round 1 and a SD to Jennings) and the third was a draw (Takam).

    The likes of Hunter and Ruiz JR have to be ahead of Perez in the pecking order.

    Haymon would convince the bum and crackhead they were being lowballed. They’d end up fighting each other for a pack of cigarettes instead.

    Perez is a good and solid Cruiser, but he shouldn't be a Joshua opponent at this stage.
