Hagler fought the most stupid fight I've seen since Foreman in the jungle. If he had pressured Duran and unloaded like he did on Hearns and Mugabi I'm confident he would've got a KO. But he didn't he boxed and fought on the inside. He was very past it when he faced Leonard. GGG was past prime and has been for about 3/4 years. In reality his best days were probably around 2011/12. I'd say he and Hagler prime KO middleweight Leonard and if they attack full pelt, they both KO Duran

Wilder is an embarrassment to boxing. How many fights and only 2 credible opponents.

Without a doubt the blatant and most heinously overrated fighter is lil g, he might be the most overrated in history actually. His ability to duck, cherrypick, and drop belts all at once will be remembered for ages. I'm new here but I've already picked up on the major "trump 2020" crowd that's on this site so knew Wilder would have the most votes. The guy people barely even rates. It's apparent what the truth behind the animosity for him is though. Someone mentioned Fury exposing Wilder- as a reason they idiotically think DW is overrated. How?! We all knew Fury would box circles around Wilder so what was exposed in that fight? Fury was overrated to the point people were saying Wilder wouldn't even touch him and look what happened...fury was the one who got exposed if anything. I digress, lil g has that crown so tight on his head it's practically fused to him

The Marquez win doesn't count because Mayweather cheated him on the scales. I rate Canelo higher than JMM anyways, Marquez couldn't handle slick fighters. I guess you can rate him high for beating Pacquaio but his resume outside of that is pretty slim.

From that list Spence no question. Good fighter but he has literally beaten one world class opponent his own size and they were damaged goods.

Brook was coming off a stoppage loss, a beating, a terrible eye injury and gruesome surgery to repair it, and all the way back down from 160 to 147 after bulking up to fight up there. And let's not forget that vicious head clash in round 8 that caused Brook's eye to swell up like an onion.

Mikey = blown up 135 pounder vs boiled down 154 pounder who was giving away every physical advantage and had about as much right being up at that weight as Spence's big ass does being down at 135.

Algieri = career 140 pounder Paulie level featherfist who was 1-2 in his last 3 fights.

Peterson = career 140 pounder featherfist who should've been 1-2 in his last 3 fights.

Four world class opponents in 25 fights and 1 was damaged goods, and the other 3 were all either blown up 135 pounders or career 140 pounder featherfists.

sadly, we'll never know exactly how good Pirog actually could have been. he was scheduled to fight Golovkin, but injury ended his career.
