Best examples of ATG Chins getting Checked/ Stopped

    What are some of the best examples of fighters with amazingly strong and consistent chins either getting rocked or stopped

    I remember there was a moment very late in the Sanchez - Nelson fight where Sanchez looked to get slightly rocked from an uppercut I believe, his knees sagged slightly before recovering like nothing happened. Can't recall any other time i've seen Sanchez get hurt on film, he touched the canvas when he was young if I remember correctly but other than that nada.

    Tex Cobb getting knocked down 4 times and stopped by Dee Collier. It was said that Tex was up the night before the fight and snorting cocaine and getting drunk which may have accounted for that granite chin going soft on him.

    Sonny Liston against Leotis Martin. I still have a hard time buying the first round ko Ali had against Sonny but there is no denying what Leotis did to him.

    I dont buy the Ali KO one stinking bit. Martin I buy buy how old do you really think Sonny was by then? I believe he was a good 5 yrs older than was always listed.

    Mustafo Hamsho first fight without Hagler he absorbed a inhumane amount of punches without flinching. In rematch he was hit in the same manner and was floored twice before his trainer Al Certo jumped in the ring in the 4th round.

    I agree. It has been speculated that Sonny was anywhere from 3 to 5 years older than his listed birthdate. Sonny fought hard against Martin but it was clear he was past his best days.
