Nobody can beat Canelo by points. You have to KO him to win. In other words, Canelo has three judges at the ringside help him to win. Lara, GGG, and Cotto beat Canelo but he is still undefeated in his record. If Jacobs can't KO Canelo then he will need to at least knock Canelo down twice or more to win by decisions.
Canelo is bursting with confidence taking this fight straight after GGG, I expect to see balls from him in this fight and win a genuine UD
Early or late you think ?? I got Canelo climbing over him late after a slow start for a UD, tko late very possible
Somewhere along the way, not sure when. It'll be whenever Canelo hits the perfect counter upstairs, never know, it might even be after he gets rocked by Danny, and Danny gets a little too carried away. I don't think Canelo packs Triple G like power, but he's faster, and his shots come from angles that Danny may not be adequately prepared to defend against. It's the shot you don't see coming that gets you.
Canelo's body shots will catch up to Jacobs, whether he has time to crack that jaw to end it I don't know. I hope Clen boy drops the snide
Not an aficionado on UK lingo, but if drops the snide means lose, then yeah I agree. Even though I'm predicting an Alvarez win, I really really hope I'm wrong.
Jacobs needs to make surprised attacks in early rounds against Canelo. The latter always starts slowly so the former will have to be busy in the first 6 rounds. Jacobs can't box with Canelo. You have to walk straight to him to throw and trade punches with him. The chance to hit your opponent is trying to make him hit you. This is the only way that I see Jocobs having a chance to beat Canelo.
No I mean snide as in underhand ..I thought he was sly with the IBF weight issue with GGG and his comments about Wilder beating Fury when he knows the truth, im turning a massive blind eye on Canelo's antics for this one, this one only though
Sadly I fear you may be right. There's a slight vulnerability in DJ over the past three fights. Could it be the beginning of an age decline or maybe related to boiling down to the weight? I fear those body shots will take a toll...
I am keen to see whether Jacobs digs Canelo to the body. His best punches against Golovkin were imho those terrific body shots he slipped just under the points of GGG's elbows itno the pit of the stomach.
