Frazier vs Tyson is probably the closest one here, but Frazier's heart eventually pulls him through by mid to late round ko. Elis gives him some trouble, but eventually gets clipped mid rounds. Mathis gets stopped. Chuvalo loses but UD or gets stopped by the ref. Norton and Tyson have a quick exchange of blows that hurts Tyson, but Tyson blows Norton out of the water in the early rounds. Foreman takes a good deal of punishment but eventually flattens Tyson mid rounds. Lyle possibly knocks Tyson down, but eventually Tyson would muster the strength to ko him. Holmes stops him in the late rounds.
Come on dude, that's like picking the version of ALI that fought Spinks in a head to head with prime Tyson . Prime Tyson beats the hell out of Lewis in my opinion.
Beats them all except Foreman and Holmes, Lyle might have a Bruno Type moment where he stuns Mike, and Frazier might hold some surprises, maybe even win. (That's the matchup I'd be the most curious about and expect to learn the most from if only the experiment could be run. It could look kind of like Mike vs Marvis or Mike vs Buster.)
I think that Tyson at his best beats them all. Foreman, IMO, would be too slow and leave too many openings and Tyson's chin and defense is too good to predict an early blow out. Holmes would have the best chance out of the bunch but I think that Tyson would stop him.
Mike Tyson vs FOTC Joe Frazier...Frazier w/ KO 12 (but Frazier would go down at least once) Jimmy Elis...Mike KO 4 Buster Mathis...Mike KO 4 72 George Chuvalo...Mike TKO 10 Ken Norton...Norton UD 15 (same if it went 12 or 10....Ken would get dropped though) George Foreman...Foreman KO 1 (Tyson's style made it too easy for George, and Mike didn't really know how to change it up) Ron Lyle....Mike KO 4 (Mike would probably get dropped) 1980 Larry Holmes...Larry TK0 10 (Larry would also get dropped but Tyson wouldn't be able to get past Holmes' championship recovery ability. In some ways this fight would be a bit like the Douglas... except Mike's face would be a mask of swelling and his eyes practically closed by round 10 . Holmes' jab, uppercut, and movement would have dominated Mike more than any other above except Foreman. Besides Larry's being knocked down, this would have been practically a shut out. Mike probably would have resorted to dirty tactics early on...only to find that Larry was quite adept at those tactics, too).
He stops all except Foreman who stops him,and Holmes who decisions him after being floored along the way.
