You think he didn't know that to begin with? You think any fighter thinks they can't lose?

Even Fury accepts he could lose...

We are not talking about Fury or any body else for that matter, of course fighters know that they can be beaten, some have the belief that they cant be.
Josh after the Wlad fight has been cautious as hell ever since, because he knows how close he came to getting stopped.

Failed to make the Wilder fight for whatever BS reasons whoever you believe, and now he gets Ruiz and we are expected to believe this guy will put up a good fight, the only thing he will put up is a free for all at El grandos taco and donut bar.

It's just a matter of perspective, and I believe yours is wrong.

Joshua got caught, went back to the drawing board, and made adjustments to his style. It's called improving. It's called evolving. It's called moving forward as a more complete fighter.

Anthony Joshua is the last boxer I would ever call cautious given the way he gets stuck in when he wants to, he loves a good ole' bash up and getting dirty. When he was dropped by Wlad's best shot, he got up quick and had his toungue out smiling that he was caught with a good shot.

How many other fighters smiled when they got dropped by Wlad? Yeah none.

AJ ain't cautious, he doesn't shy from a fight... but now he fights more strategically... I guess you want to call Whyte cautious in the Chisora rematch because he refused to get dragged into an ugly slugfest affair???? No Whyte took his time, and fought a smart fight... same as Joshua against Parker. Whyte and AJ have both evolved their styles since their individual wake up calls.

Stop trying to bring Joshua down, he is good for the sport and an excellent fighter. Show some appreciation as you sound like a bitter hater.

Ruiz is morbidly obese with not much of a resume. Best performance being a really dull loss to Parker.

He is one of the best technical boxers in the HWs but the casuals won't care about that.

Eddie will need all his second hand car salesman tactics to sell this one.

    Wow.

No hater here of any fighter, but just like you I am entitled to an opinion, whether you agree or not it doesn't matter but I believe you are wrong and I am right, that's how it goes.

But to start being petty and calling people haters when you know absolutely nothing about that said person is a little juvenile don't you think.

So after your rant and comparisons of different fights and fighters, when I already told you we wasn't talking about any others, you still insist on being argumentative and slightly insulting.

Run along now little fella, go and become No1 buttplug I believe you have earned it!

Toe Haye was smiling when he hit the canvas in the Wlad fight - think he enjoyed being near the Black & Decker

I called you a hater based on the content you have contributed to this forum, when was the last time you showed AJ any real praise?

You are clearly using an insulting tone when you speak of AJ being "Cautious" as if he has been exposed to be a weak man hiding in his shell.

You see "Cautious" I see strategic, and given everything we've seen from AJ thus far.... no one would call him cautious.

When he got dropped he took rounds off (strategic) then he went in for the kill multiple times eventually defeating the man who put him down in gruesome, nothing held back, fashion - hardly the display of a cautious fighter?

He then had a chat with his team after the fight and they made some changes for the better.. it happens mate... and that's the AJ we see today.

I suggest you look at my earlier posts on AJ, you will find them quite positive and very praiseworthy towards him.
Before you start stating things like my "Contribution" to this forum.

I call it as I see it just like you, but unlike you I don't feel the need to press the issue to the point where you insist you are correct.
Every fighter gets criticism, some we agree with some we don't that's life.

Get over it, and don't forget to look at my earlier posts like I said, maybe you will change your opinion of me and come back and apologise.

All these PPVs you are paying for are sure making you angry!!

Err Did you watch the fight - very tentative until the old man was tired then he let the hands go.

People on here slate Joe Calzaghe's CV but Tony Dosh PPV has had a career of fighting puddings except Wlad.

Even David Price nearly took out Povetkin FFS

lol mate you can have my apology I have no pride here, I cant insist being correct as I have an opinion and you have a opinion... but my opinion was that your opinion was wrong and I gave my opinion on why I think your opinion is wrong.

Fair play we agree to disagree, I just think at this moment in time we need to be showing fighters like AJ more respect and appreciation when people like Wilder, Finkel, Hayemon, Maricio Suleiman, George Bush, Tony Blair exist.

Lets keep the sport alive and support the good guys.

I take back calling you hater I am sorry.

Funny as fk, this is how deep the brainwashing runs here. Hearn is on vid saying it, and the shills still try and excuse and strawman otherwise. They simply cannot/will not accept any POV other than Hearn is trying 24/7 365 days a year to personally please them.

To go one step further, if Hearn came out and said "80% of what I've said in iFL interviews the past 5 years has been bull**** to sell a fight", the crew would still say "nah, he's lying, he's been telling the truth", and wouldn't see the irony.

inb4 "You're a Wilder/Fury fanboy". The pair of them are ducking/swerving just as hard.

Price is the epitomy of tentative... Price is known for his punch power but thats it.

    You are grasping at straws.

WTF has Joe Calzaghe got to do with the price of fish?

Povetkin was a consensus top 5 heavyweight. Yes I did watch the fight thanks. Tentative? Povetkin is a renowned puncher - going in all guns blazing would have been stupidity. He worked him out then took him out, in style. Your juvenile insults, silly name-calling and constant whinging about PPV is tiresome. You’re a troll not a boxing fan.

FYI David Price was poleaxed by Povetkin.
