Wilder V Breazeale . Not too many people talking or posting about it . Looking forward to the odds on Sportsbook . I think this is a fight many are overlooking . Possibly Wilder's most personal and toughest challenge yet . Thoughts anyone .

I think he gives Wilder big problems. Think how he struggled against Molina and Duhaupas and Spilzka who are no where near as good as Brazeazle. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes 12 in a close fight a Wilder steals another decision. Don't think it will be a KO formality at all.

I got a similar view as well . To beat Breazeale I feel you need to probably outbox him and keep him on the backfoot constantly which is something Wilder cannot do with anyone .

Breazeale is the definition of a no talent Heavy Bag............if your only form of defense is blocking shots with your chin you are in deep trouble with a fast puncher like Wilder........that fight will end when Wilder wants it to end, Breazeale is going to take some nasty, nasty shots before folding like a lawn chair.

Hmm Molina also dragged Wilder to places . Think about it , it took AJ 7 rounds and keeping Breazeale on the backstep by out boxing him to defeat him . Molina got in the ring with AJ and got smashed in one of the most one-sided fight ever . I think too many people are underestimating Breazeale because of AJ . Wilder cannot box constantly and keep Breazeale on the backfoot which is gonna be a huge problem .

Wow it is this month isn't it. Yes not much hype about it just yet with it just 2 weeks away, but I guess all the attention is on Canelo/Jacobs, I suspect we'll see the promotion and hype grow once that fight is out of the way.

I personally am looking forward to it, I think it will be a tougher fight than some think. DB is tough and will keep coming and is just as big as Wilder.

Other than the Stiverne blow out when was the last time Wilder had an easy fight? Fury beat him, Ortiz had him badly hurt, Washington was out boxing him with just a jab.

Sure he dominated Arreola but Arreola was shot to hell and struggling to get decisions over journeymen at the time. Szplika gave him some trouble before being KO'ed, Duhaupas marked him up and Molina rocked him badly.

I suspect we'll see another performance where Wilder struggles as DB walks him down but Wilder's power again saves him, stopping Breazeale in the latter rounds.

Id love to see Joshua chasing Breazeale for the rematch and for undisputed but he just seems to easy to hit. I dont care how good a mans chin is, you cant afford to take more than a couple of Wilders best, most wouldnt need 2. But then as bad as Breazeales defense is his offense seems to drag him to victory. He could knock Wilder out 1st. But i can see Wilder taking him out early with 1 big shot.

I predict that Wilder fans are going to blow it completely out of proportion when he drills Breazeale in the mid-late rounds and conveniently forget the first few being a struggle. :nusenuse:

That's what makes this fight so interesting. DB is obviously going to have to soak up some punishment like he usually does, but when he getting tagged he usually still throws back, even when Joshua was hammering him he was trying to swing back and that worked for him at a lower level vs Ugonoh and Mansour when he was in trouble. Wilder could every well get caught with something big trying to finish DB off.

Wilder's best hope of impressing is to land something big early, if he doesn't DB will just keep trying to walk him down and Wilder for me has never looked very good when on the back foot. If he can get DB to give him some space then he can fight more his kind of fight.

I think Breazeales legs will be over the place when Wilder lands that sweeping right.

Brazeale can take a punch and has heart, If Fury got up then I'd expect the same at least from Brazeale.

I can envisage a home cooked and questionable UD for Wilder, closer than the Fury fight (in the fact I thought Fury won that fight wide) and this will make for debate.

I can just see it happening this way. Wilder will be screaming for AJ (pfft), we'll all be back here arguing about the result the morning after and the Wilder train will roll on to Ortizn't saying how AJ is a duck.
