Anyone heard anything on ticket sales for this...? I had a feeling it would struggle to fill a football stadium (even a little one) But it's Stevenage last home game tomorrow and their doing an open workout in the car park before the game! Looks like he's called Tyson Fury in for it too... Weird having an open workout for a fighter not even on the card
He says tickets are going well, I think Joyce would boost them a lot too, remember he was headlining, albeit smaller venues, not long ago It's a great card for the UK fans

Guessing Tyson's media day before setting off to America? Makes sense getting football fans aware of it all etc. But its all a bit bizarre to me. All Billy's mates going to be there. Avoid.
What’s the problem with the card/location? Not even Warren has talked it up to be something spectacular. It’s at Stevenage FC not Arsenal. I think he’s filled the undercard with young kids as well like Harvey Horn and boy George etc. There’s nothing to really praise or criticise here.
Exactly, there's nothing. This is a TV card and should be of a higher standard imo. The location doesn't bother me at all as ill watch good boxing wherever but we should demand more for a card on a TV subscription platform.
Poor main event- BJS is in the prime of his career and he’s getting fed another WBO pudding. Willy Hutchinson vs TBA Joyce vs Ustinov- acceptable fight but not set the pulse racing. Stevenage’s ground wouldn’t look out of place in national league south, and they have a stand missing. Not exactly a fitting venue for one of our most talented fighters.
Apart from the odd exception, we’ve been served up with dog muck from both BT and Sky for longer than I can remember. I don’t know what the answer is, so I usually don’t bother beating up Warren and Hearn on here as much any more.
The location will make the whole thing look absolutely pathetic. Can only assume it's been chosen as it's cheap.
Saunders is a joke and a liability who due to his own character, hasn’t had a proper fight since Lemieux about 18 months ago. He also doesn’t sell any tickets. What did you expect Warren to do with him? The choices to me they had where either - 1) Put him in an expensive headliner at the 02 or suitable arena, knowing its 50/50 whether he will make it to the ring and either way he won’t sell any tickets 2) Stick a “stadium fight” on in Billy’s hometown, hoping that the locals give him some support, and use leverage with WBO to manufacture a vacant World title fight at Supermiddle. Warren is basically having to put a nice dress an lipstick on a fat, ugly pig and trying to get away with it.... and I don’t blame him.
I honestly think Saunders is undercard material now. Which sounds insane given he's an unbeaten world champion with designs on fighting Canelo, but he's so unpopular it's unreal.
