It’s just pointless discussing the heavyweights but every time we do I’ll just put this sentence in.

Every fight Joshua/Wilder/Fury have is a mismatch and pointless unless they’re against one another.

I don't see a win on Ruiz's resume that's impressive in any way.

 

Some people thought that Ruiz Jr beat Parker, who himself went on to narrowly lose to Whyte and to take AJ 12 rounds

I actually thought that Parker won that fight against Ruiz Jr by 1 round, however its not beyond the possibility of man that Ruiz Jr causes AJ more problems that Parker did due to his fast hands and more aggressive style. Parkers weaknesses are after all Ruiz Jrs strengths. Parker lacks handspeed and aggression/nastiness.

 

Selby thought the same thing about Warrington as an example. It’s a thought process that’s been repeated thousands of times...mostly they’re right, but every so often...

You a missing a major difference in that Warrington was unbeated and Ruiz has lost to a paper champ Joe Parker. We know that is Ruizs level, we didnt know Warringtons level.
