this looked like one of beterbievs first 6 fights. blew the guy away hot rod has some chin on him he might not be the same he took a brutal beating.

 

AB's 4 inch punches were hurting Hot Rod. I don't know how he generate that kind of power. I think he beats Kovalev. AB's right hand is so short and fast and it could take Kovalev out.

 

Definitely but Kovalev is more expierenced as a pro and I think he is more skilled than Beterbiev; It would be a great fight.

 

AB looks really hungry for unification fights...

 

Beterbiev has gotten a lot of stick but Johnson and Kalajdzic are good wins, especially the win over Johnson is going to age well I think.

 

It really depends a lot with Kovalev he's declined what will he try to do win by a ko before 6 and risk not getting it and gassing.
or try to out box beterbiev for 12. I think kovalev will try to slug it out this could be a 50/50 fight at this stage but I'm not sure about Kovalev.

Beterbiev is way better than Alvarez is but he's also there to be hit, but Kovalev would have to risk being hit as well.

 

Both are easily better than Pascal at this point who's still getting world title fights based on what he did 5-10 years ago.
