Jesus Christ, does it ever stop? Will it ever change? The Canelo nuthuggers just can't sing enough praises for their man. He fought a good fight, as did Jacobs. You would have thought Canelo stopped Jacobs early the way these clowns rant about their man.

Canelo is a good, solid fighter but he is wildly hyped. His performances are average, not exciting. Not "I gotta see this guy fight again."

Give it a rest. We all knew going in Jacobs (and everyone else) had to stop Canelo to get the win. End of story.

You're obsessing more over Canelo than the "nuthuggers"!

I usually like watching Canelo, he looked sluggish against Jacobs though.

To get a better understanding of just how hyped this guy is go back to his first 6 fights where he won two fights by split decision, one guy fighting his debut bout. Almost without exception, Canelo has been unable to stop any fighter of merit. They are split decisions, majority decisions or very close wins. His KO's have come against nobodies or shot fighters almost exclusively. Other top fighters in the division have stopped their opponents at much higher rates, against much better talent. We all know what the game is.

Sulecki put up a better, more exciting fight than Canelo but no one knows who Sulecki is because he doesn't fill arenas in the US.

Not a great performance(nor fight) I agree but still a clear win for Canelo. You underrated Jacobs going into the fight.

He's a great boxer, but this was not his best performance. Jacobs either. They both seemed to lack something tonight.

i assume this has full drug testing? as Canelo's stamina wasn't great today and he gassed relatively early like in round 7
