Okay so I know i'm gonna get slammed by some of you for this post! After watching the bout twice and comparing to Danny Jacobs other bouts! The man was pulling alot of his shots almost like a sparring session not trying to win never pushing the action for any period of time. Jacobs got paid off to take a dive he wasn't trying to win the bout some of his shots were so pulled it was no wonder Canelo could get out of the way. The jabs Jacobs was throwing were pure pitty pat jabs no conviction what so ever on any of his punches. I know i will hear its because of Canelo how good he is which is totally bull.... DAZN has a 365 million dollars investment they are gonna make dang sure he doesn't lose no matter what. Jacobs wasn't trying to win thats a fact! The Jacobs that fought Peter Quillin and Sergi was not in that ring on Saturday night, This was a controlled bout by DAZN as will any of DAZN investments yes we will see the GGG vs Canelo 3 100% DAZN will make dang sure it happens no chance of either of these guys losing. Boxing is supposed to be a sport but its changing into WWE quick.. As much as I dislike UFC atleast the judging seems to be fair and the fighters try.... Boxing is killing itself!!
I wouldn't be surprised if it was, since there are lots of precedents. But highly likely Jacobs just knows his place in the food chain. Dont bite the hand that feeds is his motto.
Idiot. Potential future earnings if he beat canelo would be 10× whatever he would have been paid to lose. the fight didn't look fixed, even if it did it wouldn't make financial sense
The fix stuff is nonsense. He tried to take his head off in the ninth. Canelo just shrugged it off. Man has a head full of beef. The real story is Jacobs decline. There are signs he's no longer as effective at this weight. Did you see his last three fights? He's not packing the same punch any more.

He looked a little lost to be honest, especially in the early rounds. He didn't commit fully to his punches for fear of what was coming back. Both fighters looked a little flat to me, the whole fight did come off like a sparring session tho
Lol no way the earth is round! Just know for a fact Austin Trout and Lara had way more success against Canelo! I've been in the gym i know what a sparring session looks like that was it!
