    Has happened before.
Corruption is the fact that the ABC's drop anyone who holds a belt in a different org.

I’m going to get tickets for this if it is held in the UK, hopefully they will get some decent undercard fights.

Linares, Pedraza & Campbell.... & maybe Lopez. Anyone who thinks this is anything other than a credible & legit run of opposition to unify a division needs to go watch another sport... It's a quality run. Loma just can't stop upsetting folk

Cool. Campbell wants it in the UK, Loma is on record saying he wants to fight over here, and Hearn and Arum have both said it will be so it's looking like Loma is UK bound.

How can it be a case of corruption ? WBC doesn't do anything that violates their own regulation. Read their rules and regulations. The organization's board of governors have every rights to decide who will fight for the vacant title. The only people who are in disadvantage of this decision are probably Abdullaev and maybe to some extent, Haney. Naturally, the governing body will order the first ranked boxer to fight against the second ranked boxer for the vacant title. However, the same body can decide differently for the best interest of the organization as long as still within the rules. It means, despite of having very high rank, a boxer is not guaranteed to have a shot on championship until the governing body grant them a status of official mandatory challenger.

This is undoubtly a good move by WBC. Though it might upset some of their high rankers, but it shows that they want a quality champion.

I think LC loses but puts in a surprisingly competitive display... & his stock rises because of it.

Very intriguing match up for Loma tho actually, two southpaws who won gold at the same Olympics... Campbell has that tall, rangy athletic style, brilliant left hand, moves well, nice jab...

Could make it interesting until Loma finds his groove. Looking forward to it.
