If and when it does happen, how many PPV's buys will AJ/Wilder do? It's already had enough to marinate as it is.

At that level even at 50/50 Wilder would earn $25m. He just turned down $40m for the AJ fight because apparently he wanted to know what AJ is getting. Guys a clown.

He needs it to do 1.5m plus buys both in UK and US to have half a chance of warming the same money.

Hard to say at this point. They waste good momentum so often these days. Having the Joshua-Wilder fight Immediately after Wilder fought Ortiz or Fury or after Joshua fought Wlad would’ve helped a lot in paperview sells. The momentum that Wilder and Fury both had after their fight was basically wasted.

Who knows, i keep hearing about Wilders worth, stock, value has risen but the end product would be to become a PPV fighter and sell more tickets and it dont seem to be happening. Hes clearly not getting paid 20 million for Breazeale and its not even PPV. A PPV star is PPV because its him not cuz of who its against. Then we got Joshua. Yeah hes getting a big payday off DAZN and his tickets are doing well but with alot of British sales but that dont fully translate into knowing how it sells at 80 to 100 dollars in Americans homes.

I know Espinoza and Wilder and Finkel want to predict 3 million US PPV sales but i cant see it. Id predict somewhere between 600k and 700k. Even if the fight is in the US i can see UK PPV, at much less cost to be fair, could push over a million.

Did they say it could do 3 million !? That’s laughable, but expected from wilder to be honest. 600k would be about right for me, over 700k would be surprise me. With the time in the UK, I would say 1.2 million.

fury v wilder got 325k buys in usa prime time in a usa fight venue

wilder v joshua is much more likley to take place in the uk but as understand it does that make it a dazn fight in usa ?
or can they bypass dazn and have it also on ppv usa

either way joshua is not a name in the usa and neither is wilder so 500k seems optomistic at best at the moment.

1mil? Not because they’re big stars but because it would be for the undisputed HW championship and both are gaining traction.

I have no idea why any of the HWs are getting paid what they are getting paid though. Barrera and morales sold more than wilder did with fury and they never seen north of 5mil per fight.

This fight won’t happen. We all know Wilder is one decent connection away from getting KO’d

ain't gonna happen. If being undisputed and earning tens of millions won't sway wilder then you kinda wonder what will?
