Can Loma or Davis deal with Berchelt?

Loma and Davis are two of the best from 130-135, but this Berchelt guy is a total beast, maybe the chink in their chain. Berchelt vs any of those guys is 50/50 imo.

    No, here are my reasons.

Davis is on PBC and lately a curse has been put on it's top tier fighters to the point that they can barely beat worn out journeymen on fair ground anymore (Thurman). Arum keeps his stable sharp even if he has to recycle some fights his guys are fighting. Davis has been sitting on the sidelines ballooning in weight and beefing with rappers over their "babymamas". Davis has not been keeping sharp since his Pedraza win and I feel if he steps up against Berchelt or Farmer at this point that he gets schooled and Floyd agrees. He's on some GRJ stuff fighting once a year now.

Lomachenko should not play the weight dance and stay at 135. If Berchelt wants to come up to fight him then thats on him, but at 31 Loma is staring to fall apart after a lifetime of boxing now. He is getting dropped, he is breaking bones, getting surgeries and what not. I'm no Soviet lover by any means here, just giving the man a fair shake 130 has nothing for him but he'll always be the son of Salido and no one can take that away from him.

Berchelt needs to either get Davis, Farmer, or Ito to face him. So much politics , no wonder I'm getting more and more into MMA and Muay Thai fights.

    Tank no, Loma yes.

Punches in bunches scares Gervonta, makes him keep his hands at home, the best defense against him in offense.

Loma is just too defensively gifted for El Alacran to land on enough to do real damage. And too offensively gifted for Berchelt to attempt anything like he attempted against Vargas, who if people recall correctly fought as safety first a fight as he could the first time around. But Berchelt took a gamble tonight, after he went to war with and wasn't badly hurt by Roman, he figured he could do the same against a faded Bandito. That doesn't apply to Loma, who would not only make him pay, but make him pay dearly.

I think Berchelt might be lomas version of Castillo to Floyd. I'd love to see it.

What??? He suffered a flash knockdown, because he was in the air as he was punched, got up without even starting a count and didnt look fazed or hurt at all. The shoulder injury is worrying as it’s not his first of that kind and he only dislocated his knuckle, didnt break it.

I think after Loma unifies all the titles, he can fight Berchelt next. Loma seems doesn't mind to come down to 130 lbs once again if the fish is big enough for him to catch. With Berchelt who most likely to unify against the winner between Ito/Herring next, it'd be big target for Loma as he'd capture two world titles if he wins.

And like any smart dad, Salido knew the instant to quit playing the game is once your son starts whooping your ass. He was fortunate Loma ran out of rounds to finish the job on him.

By the time he saw firsthand what Loma did to his rival Roman Martinez, who took him to hell and back, there was no way in Hades Siri was signing on for that work again

Won't be seeing Davis in with a live body anytime soon. This guy is as protected as they come.

Pretending to be a huge Berchelt fan

Vargas is getting old now. What happened here was expected. Berchelt vs Loma is not 50/50.. I'd give him a 20% chance of winning & so would u if you were honest you phony

Berchelt will get dismantled piece by piece, battered and broken down, and taken out in style.

But then the haters will criticize Loma for beating up on a 'smaller' opponent even though, like Twink, Berchelt weighs more than natural 130 pounder Loma does down at 130 than Loma does up at 135.

    Loma 138 at 135
Twink was 141¾lbs for his last fight and I very much doubt that's a career lowest weight of his either

Weird how Loma's a ''weight bully'' who barely rehydrates much at all (7-8lbs at 130 (9 once) and about 3 or 4 at 135) is beating up on opponents who weigh significantly more than him most of the time, sometimes the same weight as him give or take 0.5lbs or a whole pound, and very occasionally, like twice IIRC, he's had a significant weight advantage over his opponents, but the likes of Crawford aren't despite him rehydrating 15-18lbs and beating up on opponents who weigh significantly less than him, eh?

    Loma at 135

Linares had at least 7-8lbs on him just from going by about half a dozen previous fight night weights of his
Pedraza had 8-9lbs (''146-147'') on him as confirmed by a member of Pedraza's team
Crolla would've had at least 7lbs on him if not more
And Campbell weighed 144 against Linares

And the Campbell who fought Linares was a pre-Shane McGuigan trained Campbell, McGuigan trained Campbell is much bigger and stronger now

''I used to be a tall lightweight and now I think I'm a big lightweight, so not only do I have the height but I also have the size, which I never have done in the past'' -- Luke ''Cool Hand Luke'' Campbell

This is what McGuigan said before Campbell's last fight about how big his charge is now

“Luke is freak for the weight. He’s massive for a lightweight. He’s 139 right now three days out for this fight coming up. Luke is a lovely guy who’s very easy to work with. He has that Olympic pedigree and he’s sitting down more on his punches. If we were to fight Linares again, I’m very confident we could beat him.''

So how much does Campbell weigh on fight night now? At least 150 IMO.

Berchelt would be exposed by Loma and Davis. The guy never takes his head off center line. It's actually amazing watching Berchelt fighy. He looks like a chicken the way he can move his body yet keep his head perfectly still. Loma and Davis could land on Berchelt with their eyes closed.
