Danny should be rightful favorite in this. Would be a big win of MG pulled it off. Would make Mikey's scalp look a little better for Spence Jr too. If Mikey does get dominated, I hope he moves down.
Mikey Garcia vs Danny Garcia is not an interesting fight. Danny Garcia vs Crawford, Spence or Thurman would be better. Mikey Garcia vs Prograis, Hooker at 140 or vs Lomachenko at 135 would be interesting.
Na there isn’t. Arum would make that fight in a heart beat because he thinks his fighter will win and Mikey gets paid by his promoter.
Danny is probably an easier fight for him than Spence. However, after witnessing Garcia take zero risks whilst getting embarrassed, followed by a fist pump for 12 rounds. I won't root for him ever again.
Danny doesn't have the tools nor the boxing ability that Spence has. This should at least be competitive.
Mikey hasn't the range to outbox Garcia on the outside. This is what I am most worried about; that Mikey will just shut down mentally if things dont go his way. But you are wrong about the range. Mikey is good at cutting the distance and he is only 2 inches shorter. And if I am not mistaken, they have the same reach. Mikey will most definitely find his range. I will have to watch more of their fights to figure out whom to pick. However I am certain Mikey will have at least some success.
