The thing with Wilder is he can't really fight off his backfoot. I haven't ever seen him KO somebody moving backwards either. Breazeale would be smart to not take a backward step against Wilder and pressure him all night.

I'm not sure breazeale would be as durable as he was when he fought Joshua
He has been knocked down a few times now and I wonder if that has had an effect

He dropped Ortiz when a counter right off the ropes when backing up, so he can hurt people on the back foot but Ortiz walked into that really badly, Ortiz is far less effective on the front foot and was begging to be countered.

But in general I agree Wilder is far less effective on the back foot, he dramatically turned the fights around with Szpilka and Washington when he finally decided to stand his ground.

It's possible he's taken a lot of hard shots but I've not seen anything to suggest he's more chinny now, so I'll assume his chin is still as durable as before.

Wilder is a joke so even a bum like breazeale will be dangerous for a while

All good points. But also another thing to ponder is has Wilder ever stopped somebody other than with a straight right hand? And I don't think I've ever seen him throw an uppercut. I don't think on the inside Wilder can shorten his shots like an AJ and if Breazeale can get inside he can definitely rough Wilder up.

But most likely Breazeale will at some point eat a right hand on the outside and go to sleep.

Wilder obviously limited in many ways and has his flaws.
Breazeale has decent skills but no footwork or head movement, I don't see how he avoids the right hand bomb for 12 rounds.

I agree with this to a large degree. Breazeale, at least on the surface, appears to be made for Wilder.

The only way that the upset occurs is if Wilder's flaws lead to him being KO'd by Breazeale. This could happen either through walking onto a big punch that he can't recover from or as a result of Wilder experiencing major stamina issues.

There is a small chance that the punches that Tyson Fury and Luis Ortiz landed on Wilder have made him more vulnerable.

There is also a chance that Fury and Ortiz are not as good as people think and that Wilder has been overrated as a result. After all, Ortiz barely got medical clearance for the Wilder fight due to a blood pressure issue. Also, Fury had only six months earlier came back from depression, drink, drugs and weight issues and his two tune up fights prior to Wilder indicated his was far from full fitness and sharpness and the fact he was knocked down twice by Wilder points to him not being at his peak.

Overall, I think it is likely that Wilder will win but a shock Breazeale win would not surprise me as much as it would most people.

Breazeale just might be the guy that exposes that fragile mandible Wilder's packing.

LMAO wilder doesn't throw straight right hands he winds it up and swings it, some said it somewhere on here the way to beat wilder isn't hard to see or do you just have to press him, smother him, sit on him don't allow him to swing his power isn't generated through techniques it's literally just a swing with a first on the end.

All I really ask for, and it is not much, is for Breazeale to KTFO Wilder. I'm overdue for it. When a small child I wanted, and asked, for Santy Clause to come down the chimney with presents. Any presents would have been ok. Forget that we had no chimney. You guessed it....no presents. (grew up in an orphanage..true) Also there was the thing about the tooth fairy. Tooths came and went.....no money under the pillow. Not good. Easter eggs and chocolates.....fugggedaboutit. Then superman comes along and gets his frigging brains splattered all over his bedroom. Not good either (especially for him). Then there are all the birds I never got to shag...my share yes, but more got away than I wanted to. In short, Breazeale....can you please get your **** together and beat the living hell out of this imbecilic, embarassing, nauseating, talentless and stupid..(did I say stupid all ready) ass fool?

Seriously, if guys like Nichols and Sconiers could put this glass jawed FRAUD on the canvas, just think what a live body like this will do. Nichols and Sconiers started this, Breazeale will FINISH it!!!

Anyone has a shot at defeating Wilder due to his mandible fragility.
