Imo he looked slower in this fight. Im not sure if thats from age or him being heavier.

As far as age though, Im more concerned that his body just generally starts to give out. Injuries. Big men like him who have insane intensity with low skill imo are due to have issues sooner or later.

Wilder's speed is his biggest asset (it amplifies his power, and without it he wouldn't land in first place).

Probably slows down in two years but remains super dangerous because of awkward style.

I don’t know what the heck was going through Breazeale’s mind when he tried to trade with Wilder. Breazeale sparred Wilder several times in the past and knew better.

Few more years left in his prime imo. 90% of his fights have been early KOs. He has little wear and tear.

Why? Has wilder suddenly changed since getting outboxed by Fury or summat? TS has fantastic logic... 'Fury don't want it doe cos Wilder was gunna go onto KO bum Breazeale doe'... Ye, brilliant stuff, would read again

Wilder got clowned by an obese mental case... & will do again!

A little disappointed AJ wasn't at the fight. Ortiz was there trying to get a rematch.

    Wilder beats Whyte easily

It would be 50-50 v AJ.

Fury still beats them all though.

But we will get Wilder v Ortiz , AJ v Whyte 2 and Fury v some obscure Eastern European.

He deserves the right? AJ offered him a fight and he ducked. He said he was the best but now ducked 2 fights,

Breazeale isn't chinny. He has been KO'd once before and that was against AJ. If you watch the fight, you'll see he has a good chin. He took a beating in that fight. He's one of the more durable heavyweights today.

I see AJ boxing Wilder completely on the back foot now. I used to envisage him walking him down behind jab and trying to use his weight as factor in clinch etc.

I think Wilder is just too dangerous if you're walking into his right hand range. AJ will try box on back foot behind jab. I think he's long enough and fast enough to do it. Needs to take a page from Fury and Gerald Washington, only AJ's return punches would be way more spiteful and damaging. He must just survive the first few rounds.
