He’s competitive against any top 10 HW. KO to two best out there is no disgrace. I thought showtime were completely classless how they treated him after the fight. Jim Gray said “no one wants to see you in with Breazeale” then almost interviewed Ortiz before asking him for interview. Utterly disrespectful. Virgil Hunter wanted to say this to mic but they turned away from him too!!

Think about it. He's not that good. He has a shaky chin. He's a slow starter. Sounds like a safe fight for Fury, it he wants it.

Breazeale had no business being rated in the top ten. I can't see him sticking around to face the up and coming talent.

He had a new trainer, supposedly one of the best in the sport and it did nothing.

Well the funny thing is, as of this morning Dominic Breazeale deleted his Twitter account as it doesnt exist anymore.

Maybe he read my thread? That is quite a statement on how he feels right now.

He probably made more against Joshua and he made 250k against Molina, which after taxes/trainers is probably 100k. He probably has at least 1 million saved up, and I'm sure his "here comes trouble" merch has been selling out like cold lemonade on a hot summer day. He's set.

He just made more than Ill make in the next decade of life at my job.

That combined with what hes made against AJ... he could easily retire if he manages is finances correctly.

He could then get a side gig within boxing (podcast, vlog, commentating, ect) ti help channel his energy for the sport while making some side money.

This. Besides the podcasts and vlogs lol, I don't really think people are going to be watching or listening to Breazeale's podcasts or vlogs. He's not charming, appealing, or funny like Brandon Schaub. Dude will forever be remembered as the ***** who got knocked the **** out by the guy he tried to sue.

after that knockout(which is technically brain damage)he's likely to be even slower next time. We've seen countless examples where guys who've been knocked out a few times end up with slurred speech and that far away look in their eyes. It's like comparing Thomas Hearns to Mayweather.
The brain cannot take too many knockouts like that without it looking obvious.

Had Breazele looked great in rebuilding you could have a case for him continuing but it was my understanding that this is why folk had a problem making him mandatory above Whyte as he'd shown nothing to suggest he was the next best opponent imo.

Breazeale is a fighter and he still can beat a lot of guys out there. Breazeale should continue his boxing career . He just got caught last night. He is still a young big guy with underrated power. He caught Wilder last night with a good right hand that stopped Wilder for a bit. He just has no defence at all. But his fights are fun to watch. He will be back.

The idealist in us tends to believe that we should only compete if we’re able to get to the top/aim for the top. It simply doesn’t work that way. Yes, Breazeale is a C level guy, but there’s a place for him in boxing.

It's boxing man, there will always be one more fight out there...

I could easily see him getting fed to Usyk on a silver platter and then everyone will be talking about what a great win it was for Usyk
